1. Weight & BMI:
- Women: Weight 90.0 kg/198.0 lbs or less, BMI 27.5 or less.
- Men: Weight 100.0 kg/220 lbs or less, BMI 30.0 or less.
No minimum weight requirement.

- Participants must be between 18 to 75 years old.
- Customers aged 70 or older need to provide a Declaration of Fitness form signed and stamped by a doctor.
3. No Drugs or Alcohol:
- Strict zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs 24 hours before the skydive.
4. Medical Conditions:
- Customers with certain medical conditions need to submit a Declaration of Fitness form signed and stamped by a doctor.
5. No Scuba Diving:
- Avoid scuba diving 24 hours before your skydive.
- Bring a valid government photo ID (Emirates ID, driver’s license, passport).
- Wear comfortable athletic clothes and laced-up sneakers.
- Remove precious jewelry and accessories.
- Expect your skydive time to be different from your arrival time.
- Refundable payments in case of bad weather; no refunds for other reasons (age, weight, non-compliance).
